New England Turfgrass Show
These past few days were spent at the New England Turfgrass Show in Providence, RI. Every year we have an exhibitor booth on the trade show floor. The attendees are turf professionals from all over the northeast including golf course superintendents, landscapers, municipalites, colleges, arborists and others. It’s a great opportunity to talk with our customers as well as meet prospects and build relationships.
I like to spend some time taking a look at all the latest grounds maintenance equipment that’s on the market. Manufacturers such as John Deere, Jacobson, Toro and Club Car all have their equipment on display and of course they all have the latest specialty tire sizes suh as Carlisle Turf Trac R/S and Goodyear Softrac tires on them. We are the specialty tire experts, but it is always helpful to keep updated on how these tires are used and the applications they are used in.
