Ken Jones Tires Adds EcoFil To Its Lineup
“Foam Fill” flatproofing has been around for a long time. It has evolved over the years to be quite a product line, with different grades made for harsh environments such as mining to light duty uses such as lawn mowers. Ken Jones Tires has always used what we feel is the best flatproofing on the market, SuperFlex SoftFill made by Arnco, the leader in flatproofing technology.
SuperFlex has always performed best for our customer base which includes landscaping, golf course, farm, construction and material handling. SuperFlex is the softest flatproofing available so it rides like an air filled tire.
The number one problem with flatproofing lately has been the increasing price of the raw materials used to make it, mainly oil. That’s why Arnco has once again improved its product line by developing EcoFil, a revolutionary new concept. EcoFil is a 100% virgin polymer made from renewable resources which translates to less dependence on oil and the volatility of raw materials. This is good news to our customers and good news to the environment as well! 
This Spring we’re excited to introduce EcoFil’s softest flatproofing product, EcoFlex (the same soft product as SuperFlex) to our customers. And anytime we can lower prices, reduce our dependence on oil and offer a premier product to the marketplace, that’s a homerun in my book!
