Welcome to Ken Jones Tires and the Jones family. My name is Brian Jones and I’m your blog contact with our company. This is pretty exciting stuff for us and I hope to post some content that you all find helpful and interesting.
A quick background…Ken Jones Tires is not a new company. We are a third generation family business that started way back in 1939 by Ken Jones, my grandfather. Over the past 70 years we have evolved from a local retail tire dealer to a niche player in specialty tires and tire chains markets. We sell all over the country and have a vast dealer network in northeast.
We’re not new to the internet. We started our first website, www.kenjones.comin the 90′s. However we have just completed a major upgrade including ecommerce. Check it out!
I guess you could call us the “Gurus” in specialty tires and tire chains. That’s what we do ten hours a day, every day. We’ve heard every question, every unusual application, every day, you name it. Our customer service experts average 28 years experience in these markets. We sell to thousands of tire dealers, equipment companies, golf courses as well as the general public. Our main tire lines include Carlisle, Titan, Goodyear, Bridgestone/Firestone, BKT. We sources for all brands and we can ship from multiple sources all across the US.
One of the reasons for starting a blog was to post some quality content, answer some questions, get a dialogue going and most important get your feedback. Oh, of course, and have some fun doing it!
